Terms of Service Agreement

1 Introduction and Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement for every player and visitor who uses the 678mmk platform (www.678mmk.run). By accessing this platform, opening an account, or using any of the services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not continue using this platform. 678mmk reserves the right to update and amend these terms with advance notice. Changes will take effect from the date they are published.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To use the services on the 678mmk platform, each person must open their own individual account. The rules for opening an account are as follows —

• Players must be 21+ to register an account.
• Each individual player may only hold one account; opening additional accounts is not permitted.
• Personal details — including full name, phone number, or email address — must be filled in accurately.
• 678mmk has the right to close any account that was opened with incorrect or intentionally false information.
• Players must keep their account password secure and must not share it with any third party.
• Players are not allowed to transfer or lend their account to any third party.

Players should be aware that during the account verification (KYC) process, they will be required to provide proof of identity. Withdrawal restrictions may apply until verification is complete.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Players must clearly understand the policies regarding financial transactions at 678mmk.

Deposit funds

• Available deposit methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay only.
• Minimum deposit: 20,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
• Players must use only a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits from third parties cannot be processed.
• Once 678mmk has verified the deposit amount, it will be added to the player's account.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: 20,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing normally takes 10 to 45 minutes to complete.
• Players must withdraw using the same method they used to deposit; in most cases, only a withdrawal method that matches the deposit method will be approved.
• For balances that include bonus funds, withdrawals are only permitted after the wagering requirement has been met.
• 678mmk reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if fraud is reported or until a verification process is complete.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

Players who wish to claim bonuses and special promotions offered by 678mmk must follow the rules below strictly.

Welcome Bonus

678mmk offers new players a bonus of 100% of their first deposit amount — up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The bonus will be credited to the player's account together with the deposit.

• The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount — note that if the bonus is lost accidentally, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• If any breach of the bonus terms is found, the bonus may be cancelled immediately.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable play credits that cannot be cashed out directly.

VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is available based on your 678mmk VIP level — ranging from 0.2% to 1.0% from Bronze to Platinum tier. Additional VIP cashback terms may apply; contact the support team for more details.

5 Game Rules

The following policies apply when playing any of the games available at 678mmk — live casino, slots, football betting, fish shooting games, and others.

• If a technical error in any game causes an unexpected outcome in the player's favour, 678mmk reserves the right to declare the results of those games void.
• 678mmk is not responsible for any losses caused by an internet disconnection or device issues on the player's side during play.
• In football betting, the odds provided are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time the player's bet is placed.
• The dealer's decision and game result are final. In any dispute, 678mmk's records will be treated as the official reference.
• A player may not use more than one playing account at the same time.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited to protect the platform and its players—

• Playing on behalf of another person (including using a payment method or card that is not your own):
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through collusion or other dishonest means (bonus abuse).
• Using computer bots, scripts, software aids, or any automated system to play.
• Two or more players colluding to place bets together or attempting to fix a result in advance.
• Engaging in fraud or bad-faith conduct in any games, bonus policies, or deposits and withdrawals.
• Attempting to cyber-attack or illegitimately access the platform in any way.

If a violation of these prohibitions is found, 678mmk has the right to suspend and close the account without prior notice and to forfeit any funds in that account.

7 Personal Data and Security

678mmk protects players' personal data using SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer). How data is stored and used is described in the Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these terms and conditions.

If a player finds that their personal information is incorrect or has changed, they must notify the support team immediately. 678mmk will not be responsible for any losses that arise from failing to report such changes.

8 Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, graphics, colour combinations, logos, and translations on this platform are protected as the copyright of 678mmk.

• Players may not copy, distribute, or commercially resell any content from this platform.
• Players are granted access to this platform for personal play only and may not reuse it for commercial purposes.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

10 Limitation of Liability

• Technical force-majeure events (server crash, maintenance, third-party failure);
• Delays or service interruptions caused by external events beyond our control (force majeure).

678mmk's total liability shall not exceed the actual deposit amount contributed by that player.

11 Amendments and Applicability

678mmk may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Players will be notified of any changes via an announcement on this platform at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. If a player continues to use the platform after amendments have been made, they are considered to have accepted those changes.

If these terms and conditions are published in 2 languages (Burmese and English), the Burmese version shall be considered the official version. If a dispute arises between a player and 678mmk, an amicable resolution will be sought first; if unresolved, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
